(1) 一般健康状况:He feels headache, nausea and vomiting. (他实在腹心痛、头痛和想吐。)He is under the weather. (他不奇怪，重病了。)He began to feel unusually tired. (他极度反常的疲乏。)He feels light-headed. (他实在头晕。)She has been shut-in for a few days. (她重病在家几天了。)Her head is pounding. (她腹心痛。)His symptoms include loss of appetite, weight loss, excessive fatigue, fever and chills. (他的患者除此以外没有味觉、神经性、更为疲乏、哮喘和发冷。)He feels exhausted or fatigued most of the time. (他大部份时长都实在更为疲乏。)He has been lacking in energy for some time. (他极度衰弱有段时长了。)He feels drowsy, dizzy and nauseated. (他实在昏昏欲睡，头晕目眩和想吐。)He feels as though everything around him is spinning. (他极度远处的东西都在滑出。)He has noticed some loss of hearing. (他惊觉视力障碍差些。)She has some pains and itching around her eyes. (她嘴唇四周又心痛又胃痛腹水。)(2) 咳嗽肝病：He has been coughing up rusty or greenish-yellow phlegm. (他肝病随身携带有绿黄色的腹水。)His eyes feel itchy and he has been sneezing. (他嘴唇发胃痛腹水，而且仍然在苍蝇。)He has a fever, aching muscles and hacking cough. (hacking = constant) (他有哮喘，体质胃痛和往往肝病。)He coughed with sputum and feeling of malaise. (malaise = debility) (他肝病有浓腹水，而且实在很衰弱。)He gets a cold with a deep hacking cough. (他咳嗽肝病。)He has a headache, aching bones and joints. (他腹心痛，脊柱骨、关节也心痛。)He has a persistent cough. (他反复地在咳。)He has bouts of uncontrollable coughing. (他一阵阵的肝病，不用支配。)He has hoarse and has lost his voice sometimes. (他刺耳嘶哑，有时身故。)He has a sore throat and a stuffy nose. (他顶多痉挛而且嘴唇不通。)His breathing is harsh and wheezy. (他呼吸时，有肝病似的呼哧呼哧作响。)He has a stabbing pain that comes on suddenly in one or both temples. (她极度发胃痛腹水。)She has painful periods and abnormal vaginal discharge. (她排卵期恰巧痉挛，而且有不长时长的黏液。)(4) 双脚脚传染病：His both hands and feet ache all over. (他两双脚后脚都很胃痛。)He has pain on the sole of his feet. (他双脚很心痛。)There is a wart-like lump on the sole of right foot. (我双双脚有个像肉疣般的硬块。)His ankles look puffy and they pit when he presses them with his finger. (pit = small dent form；句之中的 they 和 them 都是指 ankles)(他的右膝好象胃痛了，用双脚按，就有凹陷痕。)The pain in his left foot is accompanied by redness and swelling. (右侧脚胃痛，并有咳嗽。)The joints near his fingernails and knuckles look swollen. (指头和指节旁边的关节，似乎有细菌感染。)He has numbness and tingling in his hands and fingers. (他喉咙全都有些地方紫色怪怪的。)(9) 肠胃毛病：He has a bloated, uncomfortable feeling after meal. (他饭后肚子实在腹水腹水的，很不奇怪。)He has bouts of abdominal pain. (他有一阵阵的肚心痛。)He feels bloated in his abdominal area. (他极度肚子腹水腹水的。) (注：腹水腹水的，像「puff up」，但不是真正的胃痛「swell up」。)The pain is mainly in the lower (upper) right part of the abdomen. (心痛是在肚子下其余部分。)He has nausea and vomiting. (他有头痛和呕吐。)It is difficult or painful for him to swallow. (他吞食食材时可能会心痛。)He has passed more gas than usual. (他放…比平常多。)He has been constipated for a few days. (他拉肚子。)(10) 尸压&感官：His blood pressure is really up. (他的尸压很高。)High blood pressure is creeping up on him.He has noticed frequent urination, increased thirst and unexpected tireness. (他惊觉往往据闻，更为口渴和越发疲乏。)It is a chest pain that gets worse when he bends over or lies down. (他高高或坐下时，面部更心痛。)He has noticed excessive sweating and unexplained tireness. (他体可能会到所致的心悸和不用断言的疲乏。)He has a sharp pain in one area of his spine. (他的脊柱某口腔嘴唇。)He has pain in other joints including hip, knee and ankle. (其它关节痉挛除此以外小腿、双脚和脚踝。)His eyes seem to be bulging. (他的嘴唇实在看起来胃痛腹水。)He has double vision. (他的掩蔽有双重从前。)He feels there is a film over his eyes. (他实在眼之中毕竟薄膜似的东西，碰到掩蔽。)His vision in the right eye blurred. (他赞善眼掩蔽模糊不清。)He has had some earaches lately. (他近年来肩膀看起来心痛。)He has a repeated buzzing or other noises in his ears. (他肩膀都有嗡嗡的刺耳。)
